Resourcing Business Partner

Salary: Excellent salary + benefits - South West

An experienced Resourcing Business Partner is needed to build capability across the leadership cohort, provide technical support to the resourcing team and build a robust suite of hiring tools and processes to enable us to attract and retain bright talent.

The role holder will play a key part in how we develop, build and embed talent attraction skills throughout the business. They will work alongside another resourcing partner and resourcing assistant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run recruitment campaigns and support campaigns across the business. Fill agreed vacancies within timeframes and budgets driving down cost to hire. Providing a high-touch, value-add approach to specialist/complex roles.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of hiring tools (question bank, assessment centres, psychometric testing, digital hiring, and social media) which enhance the recruitment process and deliver commercial value.
  • Working creatively with stakeholders to identify solutions to urgent or large-scale resource challenges, and implementing.
  • Ensure the hiring process reflects and positive candidate and stakeholder experience, reflects our values and enables the business to hire candidates who align with our values
  • Establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with stakeholders to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organisational challenges.
  • Work with the Resourcing team to maintain the Agency PSL, ensuring a value add / partnership relationship, high quality candidates and candidate experience and commercially competitive rates
  • Provide coaching and support to P&C staff (HRBPs) and stakeholders to drive recruitment skills and ownership across the business
  • Identify breadth of skills of new candidates and work closely with stakeholders and L&D BP to realise strengths based development
  • In collaboration with P&C colleagues develop a resourcing strategy and innovative, timely and cost effective best practice solutions to enable the organisation to meet its objectives.
  • Develop our employee brand programme, becoming an external ambassador, widening our local talent pool.
